Job Responsibilities

Coordinate crew planning, rotation schedules, mobilisation, and demobilisation for offshore operations.

Arrange crew changes, travel bookings, accommodation, visas, work permits, and medical examinations.

Maintain and monitor crew certifications, licences, training records, and medical validity to ensure compliance.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, reviewing qualifications, and arranging interviews.

Liaise with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on crew deployment.

Prepare employment-related documentation, monitor contract renewals, and support payroll verification for offshore personnel.

Maintain accurate crew databases, personnel records, certification matrices, and manpower reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and offshore industry regulations.

Support audits and provide relevant personnel documentation when required.

Handle ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in crewing, offshore manpower, maritime, oil & gas, or a similar industry.

Experience coordinating crew rotations, mobilisation, travel arrangements, medicals, visas, and work permits.

Good understanding of offshore crew certification and competency requirements will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to support urgent operational requirements outside normal office hours when necessary.
