In this rewarding role, you'll be at the forefront of assisting our clients by providing astute ER advice and helping them navigate the complexities of Australian employment law.
Small businesses never stop, and we’ve built our service to ensure we’re always there to assist. The positions have permanent fixed rosters as below, all times in AEDT.
Position 1:
Monday to Friday: 11.30am to 8pm
Position 2:
Wednesday to Friday: 11am - 7.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 1.30pm to 9.30pm
Position 3:
Wednesday to Friday: 11am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 5pm
Sunday: 7am - 3:30pm
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice, over the phone and via email.
- Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislation compliance.
- Stay current on Australian ER legislation, trends and best practice through ongoing training and resources.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, which could include: Employment, HR or Workplace Relations Advisors and HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of NES & the interpretation of Modern Awards.
- A focus on exceptional levels of customer service, to guide our clients through complex workplace relations matters.
