Responsibilities

* Support the Sales Team with customer reports, account updates, quotations, pricing information, and other sales-related tasks.

* Check inventory levels and make sure there is enough stock to meet customer demand, based on customer forecasts, existing orders, and required safety stock.

* Track incoming shipments and delivery dates.

* Identify and highlight any potential supply issues, such as shipment delays, low stock, or changes in customer demand, and inform the Sales Team promptly.

* Gather and update customer forecasts and demand plans to help with inventory planning and sales analysis.
