Join a high-performing lending team managing a substantial loan book. With strong inbound lead flow, structured support, and clear career pathways, this is an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Broker who wants volume without the pressure of self-sourcing.

My client is seeking two Mortgage Brokers to join their Brisbane office. An immediate start is preferred to ensure a smooth handover of client relationships and the existing portfolio.

Who will you be working with?

You will be joining an integrated lending, wealth, and property business that generates consistent internal referrals. The team operates in a highly process-driven environment with strong backend and compliance support, allowing brokers to focus on client relationships and settlements rather than administration.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and servicing an established loan book
• Handling warm inbound leads from wealth and property divisions
• Settling approximately 14 loans per month
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating closely with property and advisory teams
• Maintaining compliance and process standards

What do you need?

• Experience as a Mortgage Broker or Lending Specialist
• Ability to manage high volumes in a structured environment
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Confidence handling complex lending conversations
• Tech-savvy and process-oriented mindset
• Motivated, driven, and open to working collaboratively
