doris Talent is proud to be working exclusively with one of our long-standing construction clients in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support multiple Construction Directors.

This is not your average EA role.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being ten steps ahead, and can juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat. You’ll be the glue that keeps busy directors moving, projects flowing, and diaries under control.

One minute you’ll be reshuffling meetings, the next you’ll be solving problems before they even land on someone else’s desk. If you’re someone who naturally thinks for people, anticipates what’s needed, and enjoys keeping high-performing personalities organised, this role was made for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing complex and ever-changing diaries
• Coordinating meetings, travel, and day-to-day operations
• Supporting multiple Construction Directors across busy projects
• Handling ad hoc tasks, priorities, and last-minute changes
• Acting as a true right-hand support person
• Keeping communication flowing across teams and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• A proactive, forward-thinking EA who loves being busy
• Someone confident managing different personalities and working styles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise on the fly
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
• Construction, property, or project-based industry experience is highly regarded
• A sense of humour and resilience won’t hurt either
