Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.

Proven experience recruiting for engineering, robotics, automation, manufacturing, or other technical positions.

Hands-on experience managing recruitment activities in both Singapore and Malaysia, with a good understanding of the respective talent markets and hiring practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Able to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
