Established Portfolio | Strong Team | Genuine Career Progression
A Property Management role can look good on paper. The real test is what happens once you're actually managing the portfolio.
Do you have experienced people around you? Are the systems there? Can you progress without leaving the business? Does the company have the scale to invest in its people?
This opportunity ticks those boxes.
We're recruiting a Property Manager to join a large, highly established Western Sydney real estate business with a strong Property Management operation.
You'll inherit an existing residential portfolio and join an experienced team with established systems, technology, training and resources already around you.
For a Property Manager looking for their next long-term move, there's plenty to like here.
A ROLE YOU CAN GROW WITH
This isn't a position where the only way to progress is to eventually leave.
The business has the scale to offer genuine career development within Property Management, which makes it a strong fit for someone who wants to keep developing towards Senior Property Manager and, longer term, leadership. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, keep building your technical skills and have the backing of a substantial, well-resourced business.
THE ROLE
You'll manage an established residential portfolio and become the key point of contact for your landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Managing arrears
- Routine inspections and property reporting
- Managing tenancy enquiries and portfolio matters
- Resolving landlord and tenant issues
- Ensuring compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Working closely with the wider Property Management team
WHY JOIN?
You're joining an established Western Sydney business rather than starting from scratch. The portfolio is there. The systems are there. The wider team is there.
You'll have the resources of a substantial operation around you, while still building strong client relationships and taking ownership of your portfolio. For someone who wants stability now but also cares about where their career could be in two or three years, that combination matters.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience within real estate is required for this position.
You may already be managing your own portfolio, or be an experienced Assistant Property Manager ready to take greater ownership and responsibility.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Experience managing or assisting with a residential portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confidence communicating with landlords, tenants and trades
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
We're especially keen to speak with Property Managers who enjoy the industry and want to keep progressing, but need a business that can give them somewhere to progress to.
All applications and enquiries will be treated in strict confidence.
