ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Project Manager, you will help manage client campaigns and workflow from the initial briefing through to production and completion.
Here is what you can expect from the role:
- Support and liaise with the Sales and Operations team in coordinating campaigns
- Assist with the management and growth of an extensive existing client portfolio
- Coordinate timelines, workflows and communication between clients and production teams
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently and on schedule
- Deliver responsive and professional service throughout every stage of a project
ABOUT YOU:
You’re a motivated and organised internal account manager or project coordinator who enjoys managing client relationships and keeping projects moving.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Experience within the print, display, packaging, signage or allied industries
- Relevant experience in customer service, internal sales, workflow, production coordination or account management
- Strong admin, organisational and project coordination skills
- A process-driven approach and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to follow through on requests from clients and colleagues
- A self-motivated attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a team
