Key responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of HVAC and chiller project implementation, from planning and design to installation and commissioning

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and industry regulations

Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to manage project timelines, budgets and expectations

Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure project delivery

Lead and mentor a team of project engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Continuously seek ways to optimise processes, introduce new technologies and drive innovation

Provide input on project proposals and contribute to the development of engineering solutions

Requirements

Diploma/degree or professional certification in HVAC/chiller systems

Min 10 to 15 years of experience in the HVAC/chiller industry

Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion

Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC and chiller systems, including design, installation, commissioning and maintenance

Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing requirements

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors and team members
