🏊 About the Role

As an experienced Pool Technician, you’ll be trusted to deliver professional pool servicing and technical support to our residential and commercial customers throughout Springfield Lakes, Jimboomba and surrounding areas.

Depending on your experience, your role may include:

Residential and commercial pool servicing

Water testing, balancing and problem solving

Pool cleaning and preventative maintenance

Diagnosing pumps, filters, chlorinators and other pool equipment

Equipment repairs and replacements

Pump, chlorinator and filtration installations

Media changes and equipment upgrades

Identifying faults and recommending appropriate solutions

Completing accurate job notes, photographs and service reports

Providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service

Supporting and sharing knowledge with other members of our growing team

For the right technician, there will also be opportunities to develop further into advanced diagnostics, equipment installation, commercial pool servicing and leadership.

👌 Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who already understands the industry and wants to take the next step with a business that is going places.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience as a Pool Technician or Pool Service Technician

Good knowledge of pool water chemistry

Experience servicing and maintaining pool equipment

Confidence diagnosing common equipment and water-quality issues

Strong attention to detail

Pride in your workmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A current Australian driver’s licence

A positive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude

Additional experience with equipment installation, commercial pools, automation, heating or advanced diagnostics will be highly regarded.
