What you will do
You will be the day to day point of contact for a set of client accounts, and you will help get the work done across three areas:
Websites. Coordinate website builds and updates, brief the design and dev team, check the work, and keep clients in the loop.
Social. Help plan, set up, run, and report on social ads across Meta and other platforms.
Google Ads. Learn to set up, monitor, and report on search campaigns. This is a real skill, and we will teach it properly.

The AI training
This is the part that sets the role apart. From day one you go through structured AI training built in house. You will learn to use AI to research faster, draft and refine work, audit campaigns, spot problems early, and handle more accounts without the quality slipping.
The goal is simple. We want you producing senior level output far sooner than you would anywhere else.
Who we are looking for
You do not need agency experience. You need to be the kind of person who picks things up quickly and cares about getting it right.
You write clearly and communicate well with people
You are organised and can juggle a few things at once without dropping them
You are genuinely interested in digital marketing and how websites and ads drive business
You are comfortable with technology and keen to learn AI tools properly
You take ownership and follow through
You are comfortable on the phone, or have done a role where phone calls were part of it
Some exposure to marketing, websites, or Google Ads is a bonus, through study, an internship, a side project, or your own small venture. It is not required. Attitude and aptitude matter more.
