Level 10 and Else Studio are growing, and we’re looking for talented, ambitious people to join us across our two Teneriffe studios.

We’re currently recruiting:

• Hairdressing apprentices at all stages
• Emerging and newly qualified hairdressers
• Experienced senior hairdressers
• Independent contractors looking for a premium studio environment

ABOUT US

Level 10 is an established Teneriffe salon known for premium colour, keratin bond extensions and highly personalised transformations.

Else is our new creative studio, extension showroom and education space, bringing together colour, extensions, education and wholesale in one elevated environment.

Both studios are designed for hairdressers who care about beautiful work, strong personal branding and building a career with genuine longevity.

CHOOSE YOUR PATHWAY

APPRENTICE HAIRDRESSERS

This is for someone who wants to become an exceptional hairdresser-not remain on the sidelines doing basic salon duties.

You’ll receive hands-on education, work alongside experienced stylists and gradually progress into model work and real clients as your skills develop.

We’re looking for apprentices at any stage, including school leavers and those wanting to continue an apprenticeship started elsewhere.

You’ll learn:

• Shampooing, treatments and luxury client care
• Blow-drying, styling and finishing
• Colour application and foundational colour theory
• Consultations, rebooking and client communication
• Salon standards, time management and teamwork
• Social media, content creation and personal branding
• The foundations of premium keratin bond extensions

EMERGING HAIRDRESSERS

You may be qualified but still need the right education, confidence and support to become fully established behind the chair.

You’ll begin building your own clientele while receiving structured mentoring, model opportunities and practical development in the areas you want to be known for.

We want to help you find your niche-not turn you into a copy of every other stylist.

SENIOR HAIRDRESSERS

You’ve built the technical skills and now want an environment that supports your income, clientele and personal brand.

We’re open to full-time employment, an independent contractor position or creating the right structure for an exceptional stylist.

Experience in blondes, dimensional colour, balayage, cutting or extensions would be highly regarded, but you don’t need to offer every service. The strongest hairdressers are known for something.

You don’t need a completely full column or a perfect Instagram.

You do need good energy, taste, initiative and the willingness to put what you learn into practice.
