Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and manufacturing samples to ensure quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyse production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
  • Investigate manufacturing issues and troubleshoot using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Support process optimisation, plant trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate technical reports to inform operational decisions and support quality systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing performance.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Up to two years’ experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or quality environment — graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures.
  • Good reporting skills, particularly with Excel.
  • Passion for applying chemistry to manufacturing challenges.
