The Opportunity

Be the driving force behind high‑end commercial fitouts and refurbishments with a respected South Australian builder known for quality craftsmanship, long‑term stability, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

This role will see you leading the on‑site delivery of premium commercial fitouts across Adelaide, working on standout projects ranging from $2M–$20M. With a strong pipeline of new work and repeat clients across multiple sectors, you’ll join a builder that has spent more than a decade shaping exceptional interior spaces, and is now expanding its team to meet growing demand.


What You’ll Do

• Run day‑to‑day site operations across commercial fitout projects
• Coordinate and motivate subcontractors and trades
• Drive program performance and maintain project milestones
• Oversee site safety, QA, and high‑end finishes
• Communicate clearly with clients and project teams (PM, CA, Safety Advisor)

What You Bring

• Trade background (carpentry highly regarded)
• Previous experience in commercial fitouts
• Confident leadership and site management capability
• Solid understanding of WHS and construction programming
• A reliable, long‑term approach to your career
