We are partnering with a global technology and professional services organisation supporting a high profile government client to appoint a Senior Technical Project Manager.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys working across project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and platform support within a complex technology environment.

You'll play a key role in managing and evolving a workplace technology platform, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications

Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements

Translate business needs into system enhancements and improvement initiatives

Support ongoing platform operations, issue triage, and vendor engagement

Manage financial forecasting, project metrics, resource planning, and delivery performance

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve platform adoption, user experience, and business outcomes

Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and locations

About You

7+ years experience delivering technology projects in a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role

Strong project governance and stakeholder management capability

Experience working across both project delivery and business analysis activities

Exposure to application, platform, or product support functions

Experience with IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) or workplace technology platforms

Strong documentation, communication, and facilitation skills

Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders

Bachelor's degree or higher

Highly Regarded

Experience with workplace management or corporate real estate technology platforms

Exposure to platform enhancement, transformation, or digital workplace initiatives

Experience working with government or highly regulated environments

Requirements

Australian Citizenship is essential

Canberra based candidates are highly regarded, however strong candidates in Sydney or Melbourne will also be considered

Ability to attend client sites as required
