About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support within a specialised laboratory environment. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll handle secure materials and ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently with minimal risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a specialised operational team
• Receive, process, and securely store sensitive materials
• Accurately record and manage data in line with strict protocols
• Assist with business support and administrative functions
• Handle confidential information with discretion and care
• Work collaboratively, including in dual-control environments
• Support system and process testing to ensure smooth operations

About You

• Strong data entry and administration skills with high accuracy
• Ability to do repetitive work
• Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment
• Highly trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive information
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Excellent attention to detail and process compliance
• Previous experience in regulated or secure environments is advantageous
