About the Role

Metric Corporate Services is a Perth-based fractional CFO and business advisory practice. We are recruiting a Finance Manager to operate full-time on-site at one of our clients - a growing multi-entity organisation based in South Perth.

You'll be embedded within the client's team as their dedicated finance lead, managing a small finance team of three staff and taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and developing a finance team of three

Overseeing financial reporting and month-end close

Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

Overseeing accounts payable and receivable

Payroll processing and compliance

Liaising with external accountants and auditors

Maintaining internal controls and financial procedures

Providing ad hoc analysis and business partnering support

What We're Looking For

CA or CPA qualified (essential)

Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance management or senior accounting role

Hands-on experience with MYOB Acumatica

Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

An interest in and openness to adopting new technologies and process improvement, including AI-assisted workflows

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation

Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with non-finance stakeholders and department heads
