The Opportunity
Quality corporate roles on the Gold Coast are few and far between.
Our client is a well-regarded law firm seeking an experienced Associate to Senior Associate to join its growing corporate and commercial team.

Working closely with an experienced ex big firm Corporate Partner, you'll enjoy genuine responsibility from day one while advising established businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on sophisticated commercial and transactional matters.

The Role
You'll work across a broad range of matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Shareholder and unitholder agreements
• Corporate structuring and governance
• General commercial advisory work

This is a genuine corporate practice, with the firm regularly acting opposite national firms on quality transactions.

About You
You'll ideally have:

• Approximately 5-8+ years' PAE
• A strong background in corporate and commercial law
• Experience across advisory and transactional matters
• Well-developed client relationship skills
• A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing professionally
