About the opportunity
- Step into a specialist role coordinating the organisation's enterprise wide business resilience framework.
- Based at Parramatta with occasional travel to other sites (pool vehicle provided), hybrid working around 2 to 3 days in office
- ASAP start, pending required checks
The role
- Coordinate and support implementation of the business resilience framework across the organisation
- Work across functional and operational teams to close gaps, overlaps and inconsistencies in resilience arrangements
- Coordinate business impact, threat and vulnerability, and risk assessments
- Provide specialist advice to managers on emerging threats and risks to organisational resilience
- Develop and deliver business resilience training, testing and assurance programs
What you'll bring
- 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role for a large multinational or government organisation (less considered for an excellent skill set)
- Recent experience developing and applying business resilience frameworks in large, decentralised, mission critical service organisations
- Proven experience supporting complex incidents, emergencies, crises or disasters
- Detailed understanding of ISO22301/ISO22313 and familiarity with ISO27001 BCP/DR principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a genuine customer focus
