A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant (3+ years experience) to join its property and projects practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Victoria’s most established property practices, supporting lawyers on a wide range of development and commercial property matters.

The Role
Working closely with three fee earners, including a Partner and Special Counsel, you will provide comprehensive practice support across a busy and high-performing team. Responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison and correspondence
• Managing diaries, meetings and key deadlines
• Matter and file management
• Preparing and formatting legal documents
• Billing and timesheet support
• General practice and administrative support

About You
To be successful in this role you'll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a transactional area of law, gained within a private practice law firm
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and document management ability
• A proactive and team-focused mindset
