Job Description:

Formulate and execute mid- to long-term strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to support decision-making

Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams

Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and proposals for new ventures or investments

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and insights for senior management and stakeholders

Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities

Partner with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies

Assess business risks and identify growth opportunities, recommending appropriate actions

Job requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, Management Consulting, or Strategic Planning.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Korean is required to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders. English proficiency is an advantage.
