They are looking for an ambitious AccountManager to join their growing Sydney CBD team and help deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The Role
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while overseeing projects from brief through to delivery.
Acting as the link between clients and their internal teams, you'll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client relationships
- Lead client meetings, presentations and project briefings
- Identify account growth and new business opportunities
- Deliver projects from concept through to execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations and client recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, production and sourcing teams
- Ensure outstanding client service and project delivery
- Contribute to revenue growth and account development initiatives
What They Are Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Client Services, Sales, Project Management or Activation Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and project management capabilities
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly Regarded
- Promotional agency (BTL), marketing agency, brand or retail activation, promotional merchandise, experiential marketing, events marketing, or Point of Sale (POS) display experience
- Exposure to FMCG, beverage or liquor brands, beauty, retail, sport, media or entertainment sectors
- Experience managing campaigns, activations or creative projects
Comp Package: Up to $85K base + Super + Bonus + other company benefits.
