Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement
• Source, screen and interview candidates based on clients' hiring requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and the overall hiring process
• Provide recruitment advice and market insights to clients and candidates
• Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Support business development and contribute to team hiring goals

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Passionate about recruitment and building relationships
