Store Supervisor – Beauty Retail
Location: Funan / Bugis
Salary: Up to $2,800/month
Working Days: 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet
Lead, supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Drive sales performance through effective selling techniques and excellent customer service
Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Assist with staff scheduling, manpower planning and daily deployment
Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service and selling skills
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment and stock accuracy
Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
Support new product launches, promotions, campaigns and in-store activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and safety standards
Prepare relevant sales and operational reports
Support other ad-hoc duties and store initiatives as required
Job Requirements
Prior experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics or lifestyle is preferred
Supervisory or team leadership experience will be an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Sales-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPIs
Good leadership and people management skills
Able to coach and motivate a team effectively
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
