About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Facility Nurse Manager, who will lead with vision and integrity, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while fostering a supportive and empowered team environment. Your role will be pivotal in driving clinical excellence, strengthening staff capability, and creating a culture where residents, families, and staff feel valued and respected. As the Facility Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of nursing and other clinical and non-clinical support services at the facility level to provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual at the facility.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Current authority to practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with experience commensurate to Nurse Manager Grade 3 (as outlined in Appendix 1 – Core Knowledge and Skills of the Public Health System Nurses’ and Midwives’ (State) Award 2015).

NSW Working With Children Check and NSW

Class C Drivers Licence

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach
