About
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable officer to support change management, communications and stakeholder engagement for a digital workplace transformation initiative.
You will help users understand, adopt and make effective use of new digital tools and platform enhancements through engaging communications, user engagement activities and feedback collection.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: $2,600 - $2,800 / month
Completion Bonus: 1 month
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Description
Create internal communications materials such as eDMs, posters and simple videos.
Coordinate engagement sessions, roadshows and workshops.
Conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing to gather feedback.
Consolidate user feedback and support project discussions.
Track action items, timelines and stakeholder follow-ups.
Support event logistics and day-to-day project administration.
Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong coordination and organisational abilities.
Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Basic video editing skills would be an advantage.
Creative, adaptable and comfortable working with changing timelines and requirements.
Prior experience in communications, stakeholder engagement or event coordination is an advantage but not required.
