We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Melbourne team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth across Australia and Asia.

This is a strategic, hands-on position where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape our people strategy, build scalable HR frameworks, and ensure our workforce is positioned to support the business now and into the future.

Based in Melbourne, you’ll provide HR support across multiple international teams and work closely with leaders across a range of functions.

What you'll be doing

As our HR Business Partner, you will:

Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice and solutions that support business objectives.

Develop and maintain salary structures, job grading frameworks and market-based remuneration practices.

Lead salary benchmarking, annual remuneration reviews and workforce planning initiatives.

Design and maintain organisational structures, reporting lines and position classifications.

Support organisational growth, restructures, succession planning and change management projects.

Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, workplace policies and compliance.

Support recruitment planning and ensure new positions align with organisational structure and salary frameworks.

Develop and review HR policies, procedures and best practices.

Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

About you

You'll bring:

At least 5–7 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar strategic HR role.

Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking or remuneration frameworks.

Experience in organisational design and workforce planning.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.

Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to work independently.

Can speak and write Mandarin is a must.

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related discipline is preferred.
