An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a highly regarded and steadily growing strata management business in Western Sydney.
This is a senior-level role overseeing a diverse and complex portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and BMC/community schemes. You will be stepping into a well-supported environment where quality service, strong client relationships, and operational excellence are at the core of how the business operates.
This position is ideal for an experienced Strata Manager looking to take ownership of a substantial portfolio while working closely with an approachable leadership team that values autonomy, professionalism, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end management of a mixed strata portfolio (residential, commercial & BMC/community schemes)
- Oversight of complex and large-scale buildings and schemes
- Preparation of agendas, correspondence, and accurate meeting minutes
- Regular communication with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
- Attendance at AGM’s and committee meetings
- Ensuring full legislative compliance across all managed schemes
- Maintaining accurate records and portfolio documentation
About You:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Strata Manager
- Current Strata Licence
- Confident in managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational ability
- Highly professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong client-facing presence with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with strong systems capability
