The Role

The Ticketing & Box Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Box Office and the administration of ticketing services, maintaining a high level of service for venue clients, hirers and patrons.

This role focuses on the management and administration of Box Office and ticketing operations and supports the Box Office team to welcome audiences, provide excellent customer service, drive sales through all channels, and ensure accurate ticketing configuration and administration for all events.

Department Overview

This role sits within the Marketing Audience and Development Department. This team is tasked with maintaining existing and attracting new and diverse audiences and financial supporters, from within the greater Geelong region and beyond.

The department consists of three teams under the leadership of the Director:

  • Marketing
  • Audience Insights, Box Office & Ticketing
  • Development (Philanthropy, Grants & Partnerships)
