CRM Data Migration Analyst – Microsoft Fabric & Salesforce NSW Government Contract | $650–$750 per day + super | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Migration Analyst to support a major NSW Government Salesforce CRM implementation.

This hands-on role will focus on data preparation, profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation across complex legacy systems, Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, SQL and Salesforce CRM. Advanced practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and Fabric Lakehouse is essential.

The role

Working closely with the implementation partner, Salesforce Technical Engineer, internal data specialists, business SMEs and project team, you will support the delivery of accurate, well-documented CRM data migration activities.

You will analyse legacy datasets, identify data quality issues, support source-to-target mapping and transformation rules, assist with duplicate and matching decisions, validate migrated data and investigate reconciliation discrepancies. You will also coordinate data testing, defect resolution, business validation and migration issue management within tight project timeframes.

This is a hands-on support position operating at a strong SQL Data Analyst level. It is not a Salesforce Developer or senior data-modelling lead role.

Skills and experience

You will have advanced experience working with Microsoft Fabric, Fabric Lakehouse and SQL, together with practical experience supporting CRM or enterprise data migration projects.

Strong capability across data profiling, data cleansing, data mapping, validation, reconciliation and data-quality investigation is required. You should also be comfortable documenting data issues, transformation rules, validation outcomes, decisions, risks and dependencies.

Experience working with customer, contact, stakeholder, case-management or other CRM data will be highly regarded. You will need strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated experience working across business users, technical teams, vendors and implementation partners.

Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Community Portal, Informatica, Workato, Azure Repos, Git or Gearset will be highly regarded. Salesforce data modelling and developer-level access experience are desirable but not mandatory.

Contract details
The contract will commence on 10 August 2026 and run until 24 December 2026.

The rate is $650–$750 per day + super, depending on experience. The role is based on a 40-hour working week.

A hybrid arrangement applies, with approximately three days per week working from an approved NSW Government office and two days working from home. Parramatta is the preferred location, although candidates based elsewhere in NSW may be considered where they can attend an approved office location.
