The Role

You'll be out in the field carrying out installations, servicing and repairs across a variety of split, ducted and commercial systems. You'll work with quality equipment, a supportive team behind you, and the autonomy to manage your own day. Every job is a chance to build our reputation — and yours.

Install, service, diagnose and repair split-system, ducted and light-commercial air conditioning units

Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to breakdown call-outs

Complete jobs to a high standard, on time, and to all relevant Australian standards

Provide friendly, professional advice and communicate clearly with customers on site

Keep accurate job notes, photos and paperwork via our mobile job-management system

Look after your vehicle, tools and stock, and work safely at all times

What You'll Bring

Australian trade certificate (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent)

Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence

Full, valid Australian driver's licence

Solid hands-on experience across residential and/or commercial HVAC work

A strong work ethic, pride in your workmanship and great attention to detail

Friendly, professional manner with customers and teammates

Electrical or restricted electrical licence and White Card are highly regarded
