Home Lending Specialist – Take Your Lending Career to the Next Level

We're seeking a motivated Lending Specialist who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through important financial decisions, and delivering exceptional outcomes. This is an opportunity to leverage your lending expertise in a phone-based environment where you'll have the autonomy to manage applications end-to-end and genuinely make a difference to members' lives.

Location: Perth (working from home available 2 days per week)
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + Super based on experience

The Opportunity
As a Lending Specialist, you'll work closely with members to understand their needs, provide tailored lending solutions, and support them throughout the entire loan journey.
You'll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end home and personal loan applications
• Conducting lending conversations and providing guidance on suitable lending solutions
• Delivering an outstanding member experience while driving strong conversion outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to support members with complementary products and services
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with lending requirements
• Building trust and long-term relationships through exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Previous branch banking or lending experience with a proven track record of success
• FSR Tier 2 (RG146) accreditation and Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent)
• Minimum two years' home lending experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
• Confidence identifying opportunities and converting them into positive member outcomes
• Passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals
