Contractor Care & Onboarding Coordinator
Sydney | $45 per hour + super | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Contractor Care & Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast-paced and supportive team environment, managing high-volume contractor onboarding and compliance activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a recruitment or contingent workforce background who enjoys working in a highly process-driven environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional contractor experience.
The Role You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contractor onboarding process, ensuring compliance requirements are met and contractors are ready to commence work quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing contractor onboarding and mobilisation activities
• Completing compliance checks and ensuring all documentation is received and verified
• Supporting the contractor lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
• Providing exceptional contractor care and communication throughout the process
• Preparing reports and tracking onboarding progress using Excel
• Liaising with contractors, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding outcomes
• Working across multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in contractor onboarding, compliance or workforce coordination
• Recruitment experience highly regarded, particularly within contingent workforce environments
• Exposure to high-volume recruitment or blue-collar workforces will be highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A highly process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
• Confidence working across multiple systems and reporting tools
• Intermediate Excel skills with experience preparing reports and tracking data
