Join Farm Frites Australia as our Learning & Development Specialist and play a key role in building a skilled, safe and high-performing workforce at our brand new manufacturing facility in Dooen, Victoria.

Working closely with Operations, Quality, Safety and HR teams, (both locally and internationally) you’ll design and deliver engaging training and induction programs that support employee capability, compliance and continuous improvement across the site.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will:

Develop and deliver training programs, inductions and on-the-job training

Support compliance training including WHS, food safety and SOPs

Maintain training records, competency matrices and LMS systems

Partner with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and development opportunities

Support leadership development and cross-skilling initiatives

Drive a strong learning culture across the site

About You

You’ll bring:

Experience in Learning & Development, Training or HR, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG

Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Knowledge of compliance training requirements in manufacturing environments

A proactive mindset and passion for developing people

Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Human Resources or similar field

Cert IV in training and assessment

Offering the ability to work in a flexible hybrid working environment until the plant is complete, you will then be well equipped and able to work full time on site with your new team.
