We are currently seeking an experienced admin officer to join an accounting firm located in Adelaide CBD as Team Assistant / Client Services Officer.
Our client is a National Top 100 accounting firm with 30 team members in their Adelaide office. The environment is very relaxed and friendly yet professional.
You will work as part of an experienced support team to help support a number of accountants
This role will see you liaise with clients, reception work, lodge BAS and IAS paperwork with asic and the ato, support an experienced accounting team and other adhoc duties.
Experience with BAS and IAS lodgement systems is preferred.
The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanour, excellent customer service skills, be professional and attentive and have previously been employed in an accounting practice.
A minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting practice is required.
