The Role

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Riggers and Crane Operators who take pride in their work and want to be part of a high-performing team delivering major projects across Perth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently

Working closely with crane operators, dogmen, supervisors and site management teams

Interpreting lift plans, engineering drawings and site requirements

Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring lifting equipment is fit for purpose

Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures, SWMS and project requirements

Communicating effectively with crews to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations

Supporting project delivery to the highest standard while maintaining quality and productivity

Contributing to a positive team culture and safety-first work environment

What You'll Need

To be successful, you will possess:

Valid High Risk Work Licence

White Card

Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Valid Australian Work Rights

Ability to complete online inductions prior to commencement

Additional tickets and experience are highly regarded.

WEEKDAYS

Riggers RB/RI: $57.46 for 7.2 hours. $68.96 after 7.2 hours for 2 hours. $103.43for hours thereafter

Riggers RA: $60.34 for 7.2 hours. $72.41 after 7.2 hours for 2 hours. $108.61 for hours thereafter

Cranes <100T: $63.20 for 7.2 hours. $75.84 after 7.2 hours for 2 hours. $113.76 for hours thereafter

Cranes 101-180T: $66.08 for 7.2 hours. $79.29 after 7.2 hours for 2 hours. $118.94 for hours thereafter

Cranes 181T + / Tower Crane Op: $71.99 for 7.2 hours. $86.39 after 7.2 hours for 2 hours. $129.58 for hours thereafter

SATURDAY DAYSHIFT

Riggers RB/RI: $68.96 for 2 hours. $103.43 for hours thereafter

Riggers RA: $72.41 for 2 hours. $108.61 for hours thereafter

Cranes <99T: $75.84 for 2 hours. $113.76 for hours thereafter

Cranes 100-180T: $79.29 2 hours. $118.94 for hours thereafter

Cranes 181T + / Tower Crane Op: $86.39 2 hours. $129.58 for hours thereafter

+ ALLOWANCES FOR ALL PERSONNEL

$4.50 per hour site allowance

$40.00 per day fares/travel reimbursement
