About the role
The Trade Order Coordinator handles email quotations and replies, follows up on the full order process including order confirmation and logistics coordination, and maintains relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation. You will work with assigned company resources with no client development required.
Key responsibilities
- Get familiar with products and handle email quotations and replies
- Follow up on the full order process, including order confirmation, logistics coordination, etc.
- Maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation
- Coordinate with team tasks as required
About you
- College degree or above
- CET-4 English level or above
- 2+ years of foreign trade order coordination experience (exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements)
- Strong learning, communication, and adaptability skills
