Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury/Workers Compensation Lawyer (2–5+ years PAE) to join their high-performing Workers Compensation/PI/TPD team. Whether you come from a plaintiff or defendant background, this is a rare opportunity to manage a stimulating caseload of high-value, complex matters, with exceptional paralegal support in a genuinely collegial environment.

Candidates must hold a current Australian legal practising certificate at the time of application.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Applicants must have between 2-5 years of post-admission experience to be eligible for consideration.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with a talented, approachable team on a variety of personal injury claims, including:

Motor vehicle accidents

Medical negligence

Income Protection

Workers' compensation (statutory and common law)

Public liability

Your responsibilities will include:

Running your caseload of litigated matters from start to finish

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with commercial acumen

Conducting thorough claim evaluations and assessing liability and quantum

Maintaining strong, empathetic client relationships

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
