Cleaning Supervisor – Brisbane Area

Eaton Services Group is a commercial cleaning and facility services company providing services to the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare and Aged Care sectors.

About the Role:

'Working with Children Blue Card' required

Full Time Position - 2pm start

Above Award Rate with an Immediate start

Salary package up to $100,000 including Superannuation and Quarterly bonus incentives

Excellent training and support provided

Friendly work environment

Provide leadership and supervise staff

Train and mentor all staff onsite ensuring high cleaning standards are met

Must be well-presented, articulate and friendly

The Successful Candidate:

Hands on experience in cleaning and use of equipment/machinery

Experience in leading a team

Excellent communication skills

Experience in working in education environments (highly regarded)

Be self-motivated, a team player who leads by example

Have a current ‘Working with Children Blue Card’ or be eligible to attain (essential)

This role is a full-time position, work hours will be afternoon/evening shifts, 5 days a week.
