About the role

Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating import shipments and ensuring operational excellence in import/export logistics.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports, and related paperwork

Maintain accurate and well-organised shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems

Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations

Handle customs permits and declarations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters, and coordinate cargo survey arrangements when needed

Collaborate closely with the supervisor on daily operational and administrative tasks, and liaise with overseas offices and partners

Generate monthly reports in accordance with customers' requirements

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirement:

Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent

At least 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight import operations

Strong customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritise responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
