Job Description

work directly with the sales director and cs/ops manager.

support sales team thourhout the whole cycle for business development.

secure rates from air and sea carriers and allotment holders.

secure rates from truckers and all related external service contractors.

shipment follow-up coordinating with customers and sales team.

rates and schedule provision to overseas agents for nominations.

follow-up on shipments with overseas branches and agents.

closing jobs after verifying all costings and billings to customers.

monitoring payments and aging of accounts receivables.

You are the right candidate if the following best describes you:

1 year of experience in air and sea freight industry

has relevant and proven experience

with an eye for details and good communications skills

is quick to respond without compromising accuracy

is customer-orientated and good with sales-oriented team mates

is adaptable in coordinating with diverse service service partners.
