Warehouse Officer

Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM , Alt Sat , 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Salary: $2,800 - $3,000

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily incoming and outgoing customer orders, including receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate between administrative and warehouse operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead and support a team of Warehouse Assistants in day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate operational requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate/report any stock discrepancies.
• Provide customer service support via telephone and email, including order and shipment enquiries.
• Prepare shipping, import and export documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Ensure operational KPIs and service requirements are consistently achieved.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
• Job Requirements

The Talent:

• Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping documentation and import/export coordination will have an advantage.
