Join Us As A Customer Enquiries Specialist

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic and confident communicator to join our Customer Enquiries team.

In this role, you will often be the first person a potential client speaks with at MyBudget. That first conversation matters. People may contact us feeling overwhelmed, unsure or nervous about asking for help, so it is essential that you can listen carefully, build trust quickly and make every person feel heard, respected and supported.

This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people, enjoys meaningful conversations and understands that great customer service is about more than answering questions. It is about listening to what someone needs, understanding what matters most to them and helping them take a positive step forward.

Key Responsibilities And Experience

You are a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable quickly.

You are a natural listener who can understand a person’s needs, ask thoughtful questions and provide support with empathy and care.

You enjoy solving problems and helping people find a way forward, especially when they may be feeling stressed, uncertain or overwhelmed.

You are organised, reliable and able to manage your time well in a busy client focused environment.

Most importantly, you want a career where your work has purpose, where you can help people and make a genuine difference every day.

Please note this role requires shift work with start and finish times ranging between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm and one Saturday per month
