Toll Recruit are currently seeking experienced Pick Packer to join a leading warehouse and distribution operation based in Prestons, NSW.

• Pay Rate: Day Shift: $35.76 per hour | Afternoon Shift: $40.05 per hour
• Shifts Available: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) / Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle receiving, labelling, and inventory/stock control processes
• Utilise RF scanning equipment for inventory tracking
• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently (if applicable)
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Complete required documentation and reporting accurately

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in pick packing or warehouse operations
• Experience with receiving, labelling, and inventory/stock control processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• RF scanning experience (highly regarded)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Willingness to complete a medical assessment and police check
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
