HVAC Project Manager – Melbourne $130,000 – $170,000 + Super + Vehicle | Permanent Full-Time

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading, privately owned mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience in the Victorian market.

You will be responsible for managing mechanical contracts valued up to $5 million, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial building projects including commercial, healthcare, education and retail.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and the internal resources to support you in delivering successful projects.

About the Role
You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of HVAC projects from commencement through to completion, including:

• Managing projects up to $5M in value
• Financial and commercial management of projects
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
• Client and stakeholder management
• Project programming, procurement and coordination
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Working closely with internal engineering, drafting, estimating and administration teams

About You
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong background delivering mechanical building services projects.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical projects
• Experience delivering projects up to $5M
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A strong understanding of mechanical building services and project delivery
• The ability to lead projects independently while working collaboratively with internal teams
