Job Responsibilities
Follow up on leads provided by the company and make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
Understand customers' business needs and qualify potential leads.
Schedule appointments for further follow-up by the relevant team.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain good communication.
Update call logs, customer feedback and follow-up actions accurately.
Perform other telemarketing or administrative duties as assigned.
