Join the Data Management Division and play a key role in supporting critical data initiatives and operational processes. You will provide administrative and operational support for data platforms and projects while ensuring efficient request management and service delivery.

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

Consolidate and prepare management reports and progress updates

Perform data extraction, reporting and data processing for operational requirements

Handle and structure large amounts of information accurately

Develop and maintain guides/documentation for data retrieval processes

Provide administrative and coordination support for programme implementation

Support day-to-day operational requirements and other assigned duties

Education Level:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

Requirements:

Degree in IT, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related disciplines preferred

Candidates with Python knowledge/experience will have an advantage

Prior public sector and/or administrative experience is advantageous

Comfortable working with large datasets and information

Working Location: Near Upper Thomson MRT
