We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our Nursery team.

About the role

As a Diploma qualified Educator in our Nursery Room, you will work collaboratively with the room team to provide a safe, secure and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to learn. The educators must have strong understanding of child protection and child safe practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing responsive and nurturing care that meets each child's individual needs.
  • Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
  • Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
  • Contributing to observations, documentation, planning and assessment.
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with educators and the broader team.
  • Supporting children's routines, wellbeing, health and emotional development.
  • Contributing positively to our service culture and commitment to quality early childhood education.

About you

We are looking for educators who:

  • Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
  • Child Protection and Child Safety qualifications.
  • Previous experience working in a Nursery Room is essential.
  • Strong understanding of babies’ development, routines and individual needs.
  • Have a genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
  • Are warm, nurturing, reliable and responsive.
  • Understand the importance of secure relationships and respectful interactions.
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Are committed to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice.
  • Can contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Please note that Nursery Room experience is essential. Applications from educators without previous Nursery Room will not be considered.
