Responsibilities
Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for scientific analytical instruments at customer sites.
Address technical inquiries and resolve equipment issues for systems such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP Spectrometers.
Deliver hands-on operational training to end-users, including scientists, engineers, and distributors.
Collaborate with internal sales and regional technical teams to maintain service excellence across the region.
Build long-term client relationships and serve as a technical advisor to customers.
Identify business opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts.
Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to client inquiries.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years (Junior level) or 4+ years (Senior level) of experience servicing scientific or analytical instrumentation.
Technical familiarity with analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, or ICP systems is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage field service schedules efficiently.
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently at customer locations.
