We're recruiting a Senior Property Manager for a large, highly established real estate business with a significant presence across Western Sydney. This is a substantial operation with the systems, technology, training and resources already in place to support a high-performing Property Management team.

WHY THIS ROLE?

You're not being recruited to fix a broken department or build a portfolio from nothing.

You'll step into an established operation, take ownership of an existing residential portfolio and have the autonomy expected at senior level. Your experience will be valued. You'll be trusted to manage landlord relationships, make decisions, resolve complex matters and own the performance of your portfolio, all within a proven team and structure.

For someone who enjoys Property Management but has outgrown their current environment, this is a genuine opportunity to make a worthwhile move.

THE ROLE

You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end management of an established residential portfolio, including:

• Managing and developing landlord relationships
• Day-to-day management of your residential portfolio
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears management
• Repairs and maintenance
• Routine inspections and property reporting
• Managing tenant and landlord communication
• Resolving escalated and complex tenancy matters
• Tribunal preparation and attendance where required
• Ensuring compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience within real estate is required for this position.
You'll ideally be a Senior Property Manager already, though we're equally interested in an experienced Property Manager who has hit the ceiling in their current business and is ready for the next step.

You'll bring:

• Strong residential Property Management experience
• Experience managing an end-to-end portfolio
• Excellent landlord and tenant relationship management skills
• Sound knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Confidence managing difficult or escalated matters
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Professional communication and presentation
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
